Returns
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Poppyseed Kids will happily accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing with tags, unopened toys, and unopened product within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to take back any bath product that has been opened and/or used, as well as any clothing that has been obviously worn. This policy is for both online orders and in-store orders. After 14 days, and up to 30 days, we can accept items that are unused for a store credit. After 30 days, we are unable to accept any items for a return.
During holidays, we will stop taking holiday themed items 2 weeks before the holiday. Any items purchased within the two weeks before the holiday are final sale. It is up to our discretion to accept an exchange for a different size, or holiday style.
*We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, for any reason, and towards any sale we deem as unfit for a refund.
For Online Orders:
To ensure that you have a record of your return, please ship with Signature Confirmation and be sure to include a copy of your receipt. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking information, or that get lost in transit. We recommend purchasing insurance on your shipment.
Please allow 10 days for your Return to be processed and funds to go back into your account. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks of your return, please contact us.
While Poppyseed Kids staff strives to offer excellent Customer Service and Quality Control, we are human and occasionally make mistakes. In the event that there was a mistake on your order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment.
